We’ve used Rainbow Valley Vet Clinic since moving to Derby in 2002. I would never take my dogs anywhere else. The staff is great and appointments are very to schedule at convenient times. I trust Dr. Drake and his staff to care for my dogs as if they were their own.

I am very impressed with the customer service that I received at Rainbow Valley Veterinary Clinic. My very first phone call that I made was asking questions about services that they provide. I was greeted with a warm, friendly, and very informative customer service rep. I appreciated that. Upon bringing my Yorkies to their grooming appointment I was greeted by a very courteous staff waiting for us. Stacey did a excellent job with the grooming and my babies look so cute with their new haircuts. I was also offered new rabies tags because we just moved to this area. I felt like this such a nice gesture and that IMPRESSED me. I actually forgot to pick up the tags and received a call that afternoon letting me know that I could come anytime to pick the tags up. Thank you for the excellent care and service. Lexi & Levi are in god hands here and I appreciate that very much.

I continually recommend Rainbow Valley to everyone I encounter. Especially if I here negative comments about other clinics! The ease of getting an appointment, the calm, reassuring conduct of the staff, the friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness of the clinic…just a few of the wonderful aspects I mention to people I know and encounter!

I appreciate the realistic and not heroic approach to Laycie’s care. Cost of surgery and risk of her losing use of hips/being put down were explained in a pragmatic manner, yet the decision was mine to make.

It is so nice to bring Micha in and everyone that is working says “hello” to both of us and Micha usually gets some extra petting and kind words. She doesn’t seem to mind coming in at all. That makes me feel better when she has to stay a few days with you all while I am out of town. Thank you!!

We would never consider going anywhere else. Rainbow Valley is a great team that works together to help make us and our pets feel like extended family. And from what we can see, that is how Rainbow makes ALL their customers feel.

I have been coming to Rainbow valley since Shasta was about a year old, that would mean about 13 years and I will continue because of the care, and actual concern for her from the entire staff. Thank you!

We have gone to Rainbow Valley for years and will continue. Dr. Drake and his staff have always provided outstanding service. We are getting to know Dr. Rypma and have been pleased with her as well. The entire staff have always been helpful, patient and tolerant with our many questions, f rom being new pet owners (years ago) to being owners of special needs dogs.
